Shipping policy

We currently ship to all U.S. territories and the shipping can take 5 to 10 business days once processed. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product at all times. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing time.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Unforeseen circumstances will arise at times that may cause a delay in shipping and we apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

Sassy Orchids is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivery status is confirmed.  If your package is lost or stolen you can contact us at info@sassyorchids.com so we can assist you with filing a claim or help to locate your package with the delivery service.
