Refund policy
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
To start a return please email us at info@sassyorchids.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and/or initiated within the 7 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, swimsuits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
If there is a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment. Times may vary depending on each bank.
