1. How long are shipping times?
Shipping can take 5 to 10 business days to reach your doorstep. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing once order is placed.
2. What's your return policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition. Please see return policy.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible but an order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed.
If you cancel your order but still receive the package, please email us at info@sassyorchids.com to process the return of the item(s).
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at info@sassyorchids.com to process the return of the item(s). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, notify us at info@sassyorchids.com within 7 days of receiving, to process the return of the item(s). Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
